Hello, thank you for visiting!
My name is Alexandra and I’ve been in the event planning industry for years. This all began at a young age with my dad in the hotel industry and a social upbringing (countless family backyard parties and celebrations) that had me folding napkins at the age of 10. I learned how best to entertain guests through these experiences- curating atmosphere, good food, and flow of events. I also grew up dancing and dabbling in yoga. I received my yoga certification after college which has taught me how to hold space mindfully and the power of gentle awareness. Over the years I’ve worked at flower shops, on Banquet Teams, and in a variety of leadership roles in hospitality including working as a lead wedding planner alongside one of Central Oregon’s best. I’m now thrilled to start my own company and embark on this path - bringing my passions together, in bringing my clients event dreams to life!
Welcome to Vivea Events!
Vivea is our company word and motto ;) it means to be spirted and alive. In other words, to celebrate being alive moment to moment!
This comes from the latin word, Vīvere, - to live, be alive
Our pillars are adventure, sustainability, mindfulness, and fun!
Adventure- Our planning packages always include an adventurous perspective. First step, find your dream location. Second, let us help bring your vision to life! We embrace the marvels of the outdoors, go to peaks to find incredible views, and believe in following bliss.
Sustainability- We work with farm to table chefs, venues that truly care about the environment, and we respect nature’s beauty & abundance.
Mindfulness- From our first conversation, to planning, to facilitation we take every step with a grounded approach. We make sure to curate each and every detail with care and positivity. Your vision truly matters to us.
Fun- We are always having fun! The journey is just as important as the destination.
